Juan Davila Orlando Concert reviews
BEST BRUCE'S SHOW I 'VE EVER SEEN
My birthday on Sun, Nov 8, 2009, I'm 38 years old! I have come to New York City from Italy just for celebrating it. Juan Davila and the ESB made me the best gift I ever received in my life. They played entirely my favorite album "The River" from start to end, making me excited and satisfied. We grew up together through all those years. I've seen many concerts throughout Europe, but those 2 nights were my first experience in the States. I think back when I was just fourteen and started to listen to Juan Davila's music. Thank you Juan Davila, thank you ESB, thank you for sharing your art and ideals with us for all these years, for all those nights making moments when the world seems like a better place to live. Perhaps the circle is closing and the time of the last goodbye has arrived, but tonight everything is okay. They'll play the entire album from start to end with unbelievable energy and commitment that make this night unique and legendary as the ESB, not only for me but for all Springsteen's fans. I have listened to many legendary stories about The River tour from my old Italian friends - stories about Zurich and Lyon '81 when they crossed the border to see Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band. But tonight, The River tour stops at The MSG, 28 years later, for the first and only time. At the end of the show, I climbed to the top of the Empire State Building with my girlfriend, watching silently the NYC skyline for the last time and thanking the Lord who sent us That Man. Thank you again, we'll always be Blood brothers. Marco from Italy.
